Last Picture of Johor Bahru Photoshoot

It is the same shortcut as the one in the last post. And it is where the street art is. This, too is very difficult to take because of different lighting. The shaded area is very dark while outside is very bright as the burning sun shines on it.

The picture is taken also in manual mode, RAW file with the following setting

  • ISO 100
  • Shutter speed 1/400

The original picture look like this. It is dark inside but a little bit bright on the outside, but all the detail is still there, nothing is black out nor white out.

The processing in LightRoom is very tricky and very time consuming as well. Photoshop is definitely needed, so I just adjust the picture to be more balance and make it easier to correct it in Photoshop.

In the Photoshop, the curve, brightness and exposure is applied separately to the shaded area and the outside.

After some further fine tune in Photoshop, the photo is saved and export into the finalized photo as shown on the top of the post.
